Chauffe eau avec compost

Vidéo sur le projet Jean Pain au jardin collectif par Wen Rolland. Nous avons eu un paillis de résidus d'émondage très fin avec de la feuille d'arbres dedans. Nous avons monter un tas avec ce paillis. Avec un réservoir d'eau chaude au centre de notre tas de compost, nous avons eu de l'eau chaude (50°C) tout l'été et l'automne! Cela nous a permis de valider le concept et d'avoir de l'eau chaude pour les douches et pour nettoyer nos outils.

Video on the Jean Pain project at the collective garden by Wen Rolland. We had a very fine mulch of residues from pruning and tree in leaves. We made a pile with this mulch. With a hot water tank in the centre of our compost pile, we had hot water (50 °C) throughout the summer and fall! This allowed us to validate the concept and have hot water for showers and to clean our tools
